Horizont is a community art project in Tornio-Haparanda and builds bridges through art and street art. The project involves two buildings, Tornedalsskolan in Haparanda, Sweden, and Röyttäntie 4, an apartment building in Tornio, Finland. Artists and groups will create art in June and July 2023, and thereafter an exhibition is held in both buildings in August and September 2023.
